This course is a great introduction to the fundamentals of marketing: segmentation, customer journey mapping, conjoint analysis, pricing, user experience. By combining Prof Jedidi's expertise with Prof. Morais's anthropological approach, the course delves in the concepts with a sociological / anthropological approach that is very relevant.
Provided me with an understanding of the fundamental marketing concepts and their application by business and non-business organizations. Exposed me to these concepts as they are used in a wide variety of settings, including consumer goods firms, manufacturing and service industries, and small and large businesses. Gave an overview of marketing strategy issues, elements of a market (company, customers, and competition), as well as the fundamental elements of the marketing mix (product, price, placement/distribution, and promotion).

Many of the lectures are not as structured and some parts are repetitive. It would benefit from a better flow of incorporating both theory and application in a more comprehensive manner.
