I improved my Greek quite a bit. I think I am much more comfortable with the language, particularly speaking the language, than I was four months ago.
I did not really learn anything that had not previously been discussed in anther greek course.
Sentence structure and verb tenses, grammatical differentiations and vocabulary. My oral speaking skills as well as listening skills improved as well.

I developed my Greek language reading, writing, and speaking. This course helped me develop a much better understanding of the language as a whole, while also allowing me to gain an appreciation Greek culture. Ελληνικά Β’ textbook chapters 1-10: this course had a critical focus on grammar (direct/indirect pronouns, noun/adjective declensions, & simple/continuous past tense), a mix of vocabulary themes (technology, homes/apartments, transportation, clothes/shopping, food/drink/dining, weather, & the environment), & some very engaging historical/cultural additions such as discussions on katharevousa vs. demotic greek, the greek junta regime, gender in greek language/society, etc.

I continued to strengthen my understanding of modern Greek grammar at the intermediate level, and developed my fluency and vocabulary in the language. I also learned more about Greek culture. I leave this course feeling more comfortable and prepared to communicate in Greek.
