This course gave me an amazing foundation of thinking for future course material related to sustainability and climate science, while also teaching me to think critically about the way data is presented.
General overview of science topics (including physics, chemistry, biology, ecology, geology) that pertain to sustainable development/earth processes. Well rounded intro that covers a breadth of topics rather than explores depth, making it fairly accessible to people without a science background.
I learnt about biodiversity, and overall the anthropocentric effect on the ecological processes that balances out naturally. She really highlighted that there are a lot of components that affect one another.
