FYII builds on FYI, you develop much more skills and familiarity with grammar, sentence structure, and writing.
I built on my second year I Arabic skills, and increased my knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and expressions.
We covered all material from Alif Baa and the first 8 lessons in Al Kitaab. In terms of content, we learned the alphabet, nominal sentences, verbal sentences, present tense, and past tense. We were also introduced to the future tense and learned negation, causality, and more. This is a fast-paced introduction to Arabic.

This course has significantly enhanced my understanding of Arabic grammar and the diverse cultures throughout the Arab World. Thanks to this course, I have also improved my skills as a reader and writer in First Year Arabic.
A great intro to the letters and basic vocabulary of the Arabic language. Learning to read and speak is the first obstacle to overcome, then being able to fluently string the learned vocabulary together to form sentences is the next step.
