I learned so much about Brazilian Portuguese. I honed my grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking skills. I appreciated that Ana Paula taught us about colloquial Brazilian Portuguese as well as the academic/formal register so that we can truly become natural speakers.
I learned all the verb tenses in Portuguese, aspects about Brazil's culture, new vocabulary, and how to use quotidian phrases.
Ana Paula adapted the class very well to the virtual model. She fostered classroom engagement and made it feel like we were in the classroom.
I would recommend this course to anyone regardless of the modality. SO MUCH!!! From highly literary grammar structures to informal slang, this course (and Ana Paula'a teaching specifically) is an incredible overview of the Portuguese language. I feel not only much more confident in my Portuguese skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking), but also I've personally developed so many transferrable learning/study habits that I know will help me in Portuguese and beyond.
As a native speaker, my tone and informality has greatly improved. I've also learned how to correctly conjugate when writing, and how to speak the language in a more 'modern' way.

If you do have the time, the energy, and the solid foundation in PT to work with (and you've already ruled out Intermediate I), then I definitely recommend it!
I would definitely recommend this course to someone who speaks at least an above basic level of Portuguese.
