I learned a lot about how objects move and the forces that act on them.

It's required to take the recitation. I would recommend going because it often gives you extra credit.
I learned that I don't particularly enjoy physics.
Good examples of the types of problems that would be on the tests so come review/study time going over problem sets from rec is super useful.
So much physics, but also the ways in which to break down and answer a question that looks super hard at first. Also I learned how to study so much and to study with people all the time, show up.
Extra practice with physics problems and more emphasis on the connectedness of physical situations and equations.
I learned about the basics of physics including Forces, torque, momentum, and more.
