I improved my fluency and understanding of Yiddish. I read a lot of interesting pieces of Yiddish literature. I gained confidence in presenting and writing in Yiddish.
It's good for maintaining Yiddish language skills, but probably will not advance them very much.
So much! Professor Legutko is amazing and so passionate about what she teaches. My Yiddish speaking, comprehension, and reading skills definitely improved
I love the Yiddish department and would encourage anyone to be a part of it.
