So much! We really talk about a lot of different theories and work to connect it to the bigger picture questions of what is / what drives procrastination. I got more comfortable reading and breaking down empirical papers. I got more comfortable speaking up in discussions.

Each week, we covered a different perspective on why people procrastinate or a certain contributing factor to procrastination. Also, we discussed what counts as procrastination. We also thought creatively of how we might design a course to limit procrastination.
