I advanced quite a bit in my grammaire skills. I finally figured out how to tell when to use the passe composé compared with the inparfait, when to use the subjonctif, and how not to become completely confused by how much the french use pronouns. I have a long way to go to learn to become fluent, but I think this class helped me a lot to advance towards that goal.
Not very much--I feel like my French is about as good as it was before I took this course.
I learned so much about concepts in grammar and French history, media, and art. I was able to connect pieces of my knowledge from previous French courses, and work towards gaining greater confidence when reading, writing, and speaking.
