This was a supplementary optional recitation tied to Organic Chemistry I
It was nice to dive into things deeper outside of class
Emphasizes concepts taught in class, clarifies confusing topics, super helpful overall. Sometimes too much to do in one setting.
Once again, depends on your graduate student assigned to your recitation section.
Identifying chiral centers, types of reaction, organic nomenclature (review of what is covered in orgo I lecture)
Everything taught in class. Recitation is more for practice with the ta.
Detailed problem-solving techniques for reaction mechanisms that were thrown our way during lecture.
