I learned many basics of French including vocabulary, grammar, and culture in order to speak basic conversational french and learn how to write.
I learned a variety of new vocabulary along with different concepts of the french language. I also was able to work on my pronunciation.

Professor Guedj is amazing and a very good teacher, you will learn a lot and feel relatively confident in holding a basic conversation by the end. The class is content heavy but in a non-stressful way, and she is always available to help.
I learned many verb tenses: imperfect, passe compose, conditional, future, subjunctive. Learned direct and indirect object pronouns, as well as relative and interrogative pronouns.
A lot about general French (I had taken French before but not for a while and needed a recap so I took Elm 2 vs. Elm 1).
