I learned more about the field of social psychology through various foundational experiments.

I learned a great deal about the field of social psychology.

Course is broken into 4 parts: humans as scientists, humans as faulty computers, humans as civilized beings, humans as selfish beasts. These headings feel somewhat arbitrary when you get to the material in each. The explanations provided for how the studies and concepts presented relate to these sections is never really made clear. Course is really just a survey of some selected ideas and research in social psychology.

The ways in which human beings operate in the social world from birth onwards. How our psychological processes and our developmental experiences impact our relationships to society around us.

Different means of understanding how people make sense of the social world and what motivates them.

Learned about concepts and studies regarding social psychology– how humans are motivated, and how they function

I learn a lot of concepts and experiments and how humans work in a society

professor moves through four main sections: detailing how and why humans behave the way we do
