My language skills really grew in this class. I effectively learned vocabulary and grammar and my speaking skills definitely improved over the course of the semester.

I learned basic grammar (verb conjugations, past and present tenses, articles, etc.) and vocabulary. We learned through speaking and writing (saying phrases in class or oral exams as well as essays as separate assignments or on exams).

French grammar, comprehension, writing, and speaking.

Basic French grammar and vocabulary, as well as some slang and the way French is spoken conversationally in the modern age.

I learned more about French grammar, vocabulary, society, and language overall.

Basic communication in French including reading and writing.

I learned more than I thought possible about french culture, quirky linguistics, and the actual language.

I learned a wealth of knowledge about the French language and also English grammar that I did not understand.

I feel like i learned the entire french language in this course and my speaking has greatly improved
