I have seen most of the grammatical structures learned in the course back in high school. I think the most useful grammar lesson was on the different forms of the subjunctive. Other than that, the course has given me a great exposure to Hispanic cultures, and allowed me to share my opinions in group discussions.
Lots of grammar and how to read and interpret sources.
I honed my understanding of the Spanish language. I was able to amass more vocabulary and precision in my grammar. I now able to read, write, and speak Spanish at an advanced level, and I can engage in Spanish art, literature, music, and movies.
I learned much about Spanish culture and language, especially small grammatical nuances that I may not have picked up upon without the Professor’s help.
