Physicl-analyticl Laboratory I · Chemistry
We learned a great deal about the technology associated with physical/analytical chem. We also learned a great deal about electrochemistry and thermodynamics as well as kinetics.
Designing and conducting physical chemistry experiments using kinetics, thermodynamics, and charge transfer to characterize and examine the behavior of molecules.
Not much, the class is not designed very well.
cyclic voltammetry, thermochemistry, michaelis menten kinetics, etc
I learnt different techniques in experiments in thermodynamics and kinetics - to name a few. But most importantly, I learned how to improvise and to troubleshoot when things didn't work as planned.
I would not recommend this course, but it is required for most students in the course. 1 Columbia University: Arts & Sciences Fall 2022 Course: CHEMUN3085_001_2022_3-PHYSICL-ANALYTICLLABORATORYI : CHEMUN3085_001_2022_3 - PHYSICL- ANALYTICL LABORATORY I Instructor: Luis Avila
I learned a lot about chemical research methods, data crunching, error analysis, writing lab reports, working in groups, and presentation skills
Fundamentals of physical chemistry such as electrochemistry, thermodynamics, enzyme kinetics, etc.
All laboratory activities for chemistry, particularly physical chemistry.
This class is optimal for aspiring chemists.
