The most valuable thing I learned from this course was to think about math from a visual perspective. Math has never made sense to me like it does now, so I am really grateful for Prof. Owsiak for helping me to do this.
Calc 3 - 3d vectors, multivariable functions
I review some basic mathematics knowledge, and I'm more interested in mathematics, calculus. I also learn some concepts of 3D level.
I learned a lot of technical math skills and strategies to solve calculus III problems.
The first third of the class is on integration techniques and applications, then a little bit on differential equations, parametric equations, and polar coordinates. The last third is all about sequences, ending with Taylor and MacLaurin.
Basically everything in Calc I but with three dimensions, finding area and volume, re-parametrizing, differentiation, integration, double integration, and much more.
I learned the principles of calculus 2 including series and integration.
I learned things about calc 3, including vectors, gradients, double integrals, level curves, etc.
I leant the various applications of integration including Methods of integration, applications of the integral, Taylors theorem, infinite series. (SC
I learned a lot of analytical skills and became comfortable with doing math problems.
