Punjabi speaking and writing skills. Cultural exploration.

In only one semester, I have learned an entirely new script (Gurmuhki), Punjabi vocabulary, sentence structure, interrogatives, adjectives, and an introduction present habitual tense verbs.

I advanced my Punjabi reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I learned new vocabulary, and grammar. I also learned more about Punjabi culture and the Sikh religion.

Reading and writing in the gurmukhi script, pronunciation nuances of punjabi vowels and consonants, some punjabi vocab, basic scentence structure (subject, object, verb), possessive pronouns, postpositions, interrogatives, present active verbs, transliteration of english words in gurmukhi script, punjabi history and culture.

I learned a lot about grammar, vocabulary, sentence structures and Punjabi culture.

Gurmukhi script, pronunciation, basic grammatical concepts, interrogatives, the present habitual tense, and basic vocabulary.

Overall, I would recommend this course to another student especially if they grew up in a Punjabi household or Punjabi-speaking household. Most of the content is geared towards heritage speakers, so while I would still recommend the course for non-heritage speakers, I would let them know that they may need to do some additional work.

I learnt a lot about the Punjabi language. I learnt how to read the Gurmukhi script and how to speak in Punjabi.

The Professor is very good at teaching Punjabi and making it fun and interesting
