I learned a lot about mixing/mastering tracks for audio production and engineering. The class was very interesting and also exciting, as I learned how to apply the knowledge I learned to my own music. I want to go into audio production and engineering, and I definitely feel prepared and intrigued to start my own work and to move forward in this field after taking this class.

I learned about mic placement, mixing techniques (basics of things like EQ, reverb, delay, compression, etc.). I also learned about industry standards, different kinds of microphones, and was pushed to experiment beyond my comfort zone in creating and recording sounds.

I learned so much about mixing and just using basic tools and necessities on logic

In this class, we learned the basics of audio, including recording, mic techniques, mixing, recording, and FX.

I learned a lot about the nuances of Logic and mixing as a whole. This class opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of production.

I came in pretty experienced with logic and general recording techniques. That said, I've learned a huge amount about best practices, bus techniques, recording techniques, and have a much better handling on creating nuanced and balanced mixes. I feel the course has pointed out and filled and a number of gaps in my knowledge, and feel I have a more complete idea for what production is about.

I learned new music production vocabulary and how to implement it

I think if someone is interested in recording music and making music, they should take this class because it helped me a lot.
