In this course, I learned how to use verbs to create basic sentences, describe family, daily routines, time, and weather. I also learned how to refer to someone’s ethnicity from a specific Latin American country
My ability to understand basic spanish improved greatly. My ability to respond in spanish improved as well.
I learned how to conjugate verbs in Spanish, Spanish vocabulary, form sentences, write paragraphs, introduce myself, discuss family, and talk about school and work in Spanish.

Basic spanish speaking skills and knowledge on spanish culture
I learned basic vocabulary and grammatical structures including times of the year and the day, how to describe my environment, my clothes, my family, and my likes/dislikes. I learned about Latin American geography, culture, and important figures while also practicing Spanish in a written and oral capacity.
I learned about different aspects of spanish which includes grammar, culture, and the intricacies of this language. Some examples include learning about reflexives, how to conjugate irregular verbs, and how to use them in my daily life.
