BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

I learned a lot about human physiology. This course reinforces information that was taught in intro bio, except you actually learn stuff here and the exams are actually fair.

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

A lot about receptors. A lot about nervous innervation of visceral organs, corresponding afferent and efferent signals and homeostatic regulation!

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

I learned a lot! I learned about all the inter-connected processes that are vital within the human physiology. I began to understand biochemical and biological processes that were previously really difficult such as energy use, the way action potentials work, how they are connected to the brain via sympathetic and para sympathetic networks, as well as concepts related to respiration, circulation, digestion, and motion.

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

How the different body systems function, detailed biological processes.

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

The physiology course taught by Professor Brent is fantastic. I learned so much about organ systems, pathology, basics sciences, and much more. The course material is challenging as is in any physiology course. However, I believe I am better off and more equipped to take the MCAT and encounter the material again in medical school. Professor Brent and her teaching approach is amazing. I highly recommend.

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

I learned about the neuromusculoskeletal, cardiovascular, kidney and digestive, and energy systems in great detail.

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

Heart, muscles, nerves, kidneys and digestive system

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

Physiology of muscles, cardiovascular system, digestive system, respiratory system.

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

Crucial pathways in the maintenance of homeostasis. Nervous, muscular, cardiovascular + circulatory + blood, respiratory, and digestive systems.

BIOL UN3006 · Spring 2026

Learned a lot about how the body works. Learned lots of cool facts and was able to actually apply relevant class material to everyday life.
