I learned how to work with primary sources within a research paper. I learned a lot about Tibet from the 6th century until present day.

This course seeks to introduce the sweep of Tibetan civilization and its history from its earliest recorded origins to the present. The course examines what civilizational forces shaped Tibet, especially the contributions of Indian Buddhism, sciences and literature, but also Chinese statecraft and sciences. Alongside the chronological history of Tibet, we will explore aspects of social life and culture.

I learned about the general history of Tibet and the role Buddhism and China played in its history.

I think I learned a lot about Tibetan history and Buddhism. The lectures taught us a lot about the history of Tibet and the current issues in Tibet.

Good overview of Tibet if you're interested. Not too difficult.

It was an interesting course and I enjoyed learning about a new place, culture, and tradition that I had little knowledge of, but the course itself was just difficult to follow and felt a little chaotic.
