good overview of IPE and historiography of the construction of international norms that dictate trade + good understanding of HOS model
I learned about real and theoretical applications to political economy. We evaluated real case studies, both historical and modern, which aided in our understanding of the theories we read about.
Basically went over the nuances of the topics from class, and provided more clarification for various things.
I would recommend Emiliano as a TA to anyone. However, I may not recommend the actual class depending on the interests of the students.
