Physics and astronomy, not in an over-complicated way but a way that made a lot of sense- basically relating atoms with stars and stars with atoms Learned about stars in a very ground-up way, everything was built on the most basic platform so it made sense even during the complicated topics like stellar life cycles and quantum physics/general relativity

We learned about how to measure the distances to stars and planets, their size, their luminosity, and lifespan as well as other aspects of their existence.
The math side of stars, distances to them, how to calculate luminosity, flux, and distance. Also learned about star lifetimes and their compositions in detail, atomic detail.
Yes! As a social-science major, I'd say the content of this course seems complicated and hard sometimes, but as long as you ask the TAs or Professor for help, everything will be fine. And I found the content really attracting to me as well.
