I learned about different Chinese religious themes, objects, and texts. I found that many of the topics in this course were applicable to modern Chinese society.

I learned about varied Chinese religions and how they create different cultures and ideologies in China. As an international student from China, I learned more new perspectives than I thought I would. Especially I understood now how my parents raised me and where their teaching style comes from.

Lots of reading, but the professor is amazing and very sweet. The content is interesting.
