I learned a lot from the political aspect to be honest. I like when the professor talks about real examples using techniques from the textbook, but if we could have a little bit more social science related problem that would be more helpful.

I really appreciated learning the background/explanations behind the methods that we used. I've often felt like that's something that I always wish more technical classes I've taken in the past would do, but they typically don't. I also found the broad overview of different quantitve techniques that you can dive into further in other classes as a solid primer for the rest of the program.
