I stepped into this class very in the fog but now by the end, the objectives and goals of this class has become very clear with readings, discussion and assignment throughout the semester. This was a very basic step in understanding the nature of being a leader and how that would tie into our roles as a stage manager. I learned a lot in terms of how to communicate, analyze and incorporate my own unique methodologies in my stage managing skills.
