This course provides an opportunity to read and discuss about the master pieces of the East Asian philosophical as well as literary works.
It's a pretty good world core if you just need something to complete requirements
This is a great course if you want to learn about the East Asian culture through literature. The course was great! The syllabus was well designed, the readings were interesting, the discussion in class was deep and engaging.
I do not have any background or specific interest in East Asian studies, but knowing the impact of these texts on both Asia and other countries made it feel valuable.
