Introduction to sociology. A fun and digestible overview of some of the basics applied to real-world examples (inequality, trans rights, disease).

Discussed history of and issues in the labor movement was invovled with a research project on unionizing nursing homes

Course is required for MA thesis, so I'd say I'd definitely recommend Columbia's MA program in Sociology for people interested in writing in sociology and are that that level of development.
