I learned how to research and synthesize literature with writing/outlining a literature review. I learned how to go about the logistic side of developing a thesis (how to write an agenda, how to talk to collaborators, how to make a good presentation, etc.).
This course covered material pertaining to the development of our MA thesis projects.
This course allowed me to develop the framework for my thesis project and garner valuable skills regarding literature/methods reviews, publication processes, permits, presentations, grant proposals, timelines, etc.
I learned how to write a literature review and begin thinking about my thesis proposal, as well as some basic skill such as creating SMART skills, how to approach potential project collaborators, and find relevant literature.
